Why Amazon handles this

Vibe Trendz Shop designs are printed to order and sold exclusively through Amazon. That means Amazon — not this site — processes payment, prints and ships the item, and handles any return or refund. This page explains what that means in practice; it isn't a separate policy layered on top of Amazon's.

Shipping

Production and transit time are shown on each product's Amazon listing at checkout, since they can vary by design and destination. Once your order ships, tracking is available in your Amazon order history the same as any other Amazon purchase.

Returns & refunds

To return or exchange an item, start from your Amazon order history — Amazon's standard return window and process apply. We don't have a separate return address or process on our end, since we never take possession of payment or the shipped item.
